Monk Seals

Though this island does not have hotels to accommodate you, it is easy to rent a room in private homes and thus enjoy some warm Greek hospitality as well.

If you don't wish to go too far from Athens, then another excellent Greece travel destination is the island called Euboea that is not far from the Greek capital. It is well loved for its mild weather which remains pleasant right through the year and in fact, this island does not get too many tourists so it offers a good opportunity to enjoy a peaceful vacation without being disturbed by other tourists.

Another attraction to this Greece travel spot is that there are some excellent spas here that will rejuvenate you with their mineral waters (natural) and which are known to also provide a healing touch to a number of ailments.
